Overview

ListPixel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action under applicable law.

If you believe that any content on listpixel.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent using the process described below.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of infringement with us, please provide a written communication that includes all of the following:

1.1 Required Information

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list of the works.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material — include the exact URL(s) on listpixel.com where the material is located, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your contact information — full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement of good faith belief — a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury — a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature — a typed name is acceptable for electronic submission.

1.2 Where to Send Your Notice

Please include “DMCA Takedown Notice” in the subject line so it is routed correctly.

2. What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
Review the notice for completeness and validity.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, typically within 5–7 business days.
Notify the affected user (if applicable) that content has been removed and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Take reasonable steps to prevent recurrence.

If your notice is incomplete, we may contact you for additional information. Please respond promptly so we can process your claim.

3. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material — describe the content and provide the URL where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement of consent to jurisdiction — a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ListPixel may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Send your counter-notification to the same email address with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ListPixel maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. If a user is found to repeatedly post or submit infringing content, we will take appropriate action, which may include:

Removing or disabling access to the infringing content
Issuing warnings
Restricting or terminating access to the Website
Blocking the user’s IP address or account from future submissions

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes “repeat infringement” at our sole discretion.

5. Content on ListPixel

5.1 Original Content

All original content on ListPixel — including articles, guides, tool descriptions, and design — is created by Syedali Mallikar and is protected by copyright. Please do not republish it without written permission.

5.2 Third-Party Content

ListPixel may display content provided by third parties (such as comments, user submissions, or embedded media). We do not claim ownership of third-party content and will remove any content that infringes valid copyrights upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice.

5.3 User Submissions

If you submit content to ListPixel (such as comments, reviews, or feedback), you represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights to the content you submit
The content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
The content is not unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

You retain ownership of your original submissions, but grant ListPixel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and archive the content.

6. False Claims — Please Be Honest

Filing a false DMCA notice can have serious legal and financial consequences.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or the service provider.

Please do not use the DMCA process to:

Harass a competitor or content creator
Remove content you dislike for non-copyright reasons
Claim ownership of content you do not own
Interfere with legitimate business operations

7. Reporting Other Issues

8. Good Faith Cooperation

ListPixel is committed to resolving copyright disputes fairly and efficiently. We cooperate fully with copyright owners and will take reasonable steps to prevent future infringement. If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and prefer to resolve a matter informally before filing a formal DMCA notice, please reach out to us directly — we are often able to resolve issues without escalation.

9. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ListPixel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
